John D. Hayes, PhD
John D. Hayes, PhD - President and CEO

Dr. Hayes is a marketing expert with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and management. He has historically been able to increase sales and profitability for companies such as ADT, Wells Fargo and Bell South Security from Protection One and Staff Builders. His internet background includes sales management experience from ISP Alliance in Atlanta. He has been responsible for profit and loss for several multimillion dollar branches. He has had experiences in strategic planning, cost control and productivity improvement; market development; market research; product development; operations start-up and is a
MBA and a BS degree from Morgan State University. He studied finance at Lehigh University and Electronic Engineering from Ocean County College. Dr. Hayes is a business turnaround specialist. He has a PhD in Business from Southwest University Louisiana, and is a Viet Nam veteran with a Purple Heart and is a member of the American Legion and the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Presently, Dr. Hayes lives in Lithonia, GA with his wife Judy.

Melanie Hutchison
Melanie Hutchison - Sr. VP Sales

Ms. Hutchison has an extensive background in Internet Sales and Marketing. She also has a successful background in sales management. She started her career as a residential sales representative for BellSouth Security from Protection One. After fulfilling her residential goals, she was promoted to the commercial department where she successfully sold access control, cctv systems, fire and burglar alarm systems. She had a unique selling style for developing new business.

Securitas an International Security Company recognized her talents and hired her to head up the Security
Response Department. She reported directly to the Vice President of Response.

Upon a successful stint at Securitas, Melanie was hired by Stanley Convergent Security Systems where she sold multi location accounts to financial institutions.
In 2010, Melanie worked for LSI where she helped develop the Deal of the Day program with a national Radio Station. She was later promoted to Vice President Operations.

In 2011, she had an offer from American Income Life to train and develop new hires. She was named producer of the month and top sales on several occasions.

In 2012, Melanie was rehired by to manage the corporate sales department. She was hired as Senior Vice President of Sales. She will be responsible for both internet sales as well as sales to General Agents for business expansion.

Melanie studied at Garden City Jr. College and at West GA Technical School.  She lives in Newnan, GA with her family.

Lane Fowler - CTO

Mr. Fowler is an expert in a wide range of computer programming languages including Delphi, FoxPro, C, Java, Active X, Visual Basic, Turbo Pascal, HTML, with broad experience designing business infrastructure systems utilizing Oracle SQL, NET*SQL and Net8. Cold Fusion, ASP, Python, PHP, PL/SQL, Perl, Mysql, UNIX and Informex. Lane has lead development projects and managed business computer infrastructure in a wide variety of vertical markets including healthcare, Internet Web sites, education software, golf simulation technology, tech support providers, telephony applications, large offshore call center operations and Internet service providers. Mr. Fowler has worked at ISP Alliance an internet company in Atlanta and is presently the IT Director for Brainstorm USA which is an education software company. Mr. Fowler has a BS in Solid State Physics from William Jewell College and lives in Dunwoody, GA.

Thomas Bruno - VP Technology

Mr. Bruno has a wide palette of expertise in all things multimedia (Audio, Graphics and Web). He has an in depth knowledge of the entire Adobe software line, as well as offerings from AutoDesk, Sony, Avid, Corel and many more. Tom formulated the technical blueprint and lead the team responsible for creating the PMMY web site. His responsibilities at PMMY include creation and design of all and sales team graphics and animation. Mr. Bruno also frequently works with HTML, XML, Java, ASP and Flash while maintaining and updating the PMMY web site. In addition, he has also been responsible for the creation of a multitude of radio ads; creating the music and responsible for voice talent recording and final mix downs. Lastly, he has created a 3D animation television spot for Lightning Studios, Inc featured an animated lighting bolt caricature. Mr. Bruno studied Business Marketing at Penn State University. In addition, he has a BFA in Computer Animation & Multimedia from Art Institute of Atlanta and lives in Buckhead, GA.

In 2009, LSI established a partnership with WGUN Power 1010AM, (An Information and Inspiration Station) allowed local advertisers in Atlanta to reach thousands of prospects daily. The daily radio ads and various contests would drive traffic to the sight continually. A monthly newsletter sent local ads to various subscribers via email. This approach was effective because recipients of the newsletter could bookmark the sight and check back daily for new values. Also, the recipients of the local coupons could archive their favorite coupons for future use. The local advertiser could present their products and services on the web with local radio promotion.

In 2010, LSI purchased negotiated pricing with a national/local firm to provide local businesses with the opportunity to advertise a Deal of the Day over the air. The businesses would post a coupon on the web site and advertise their special deal over the air. The consumers would hear the ad over the air and print out the coupons at a later time. All coupons posted can be changed or edited on a real time basis. In other words, the advertisers could make changes at will. The coupons would be on the web site for one year and could be changed daily. The program has been revamped to provide more effective local web advertising.

The founders of LSI developed the model to allow more flexibility to respective advertisers to control their own ads. The local advertising approach has allowed buyers to identify great deals in their local markets. Most important, the site allows advertisers to create their own ads and make changes at will.

The monthly newsletter, The Ad Post is sent out to over 100,000 opt in emails addresses to feature the monthly PMMY Deal of the Day advertisers and tips for new advertisers. Our search engine optimizations program allows our advertisers ads to be viewed through Google, Bing, ASK, and MSN.

All basic ads for classified and businesses are free but upgrades are priced at very affordable rates. All business coupons are for free (up to 10 maximum). All posting of pictures are free (up to 20).

The upgrades can be purchased through our local sales force or through our local General Agents that sell the upgrade services.
