Also, our site has received TV airtime highlighting our real time ads and bartering services. The advertisers can place ads on the radio at a very affordable price. The products sold are affordable for all types of businesses with free classified ads for the general public. Our products should satisfy the advertising needs of all prospects who realize the value of multiple means of advertising. Most important, our guarantee program will reduce the risk of our advertiser's investment.
Presently, there are three types of positions available on a full or part time basis; the General Agent, the Sub Agent and the Sales Representative. These positions would be ideal for someone that needs flexible hours and work near their home.
General Agent
The General Agent has total P&L responsibility. This means that they should possess management skills involving recruitment of all personnel as well as managing the financials of the organization. The expected compensation for the General Agent would range from
$100K- $200k per year.
Sub Agent
Our sub agents report to the General Agent; however, they can sell and train sales representatives and receive an over ride for their services. The expected compensation for the Sub Agent would range from
$45K- $100k per year.
Sales Representatives
Sales Representative will sell our products and work independently if they desire.
The commission structure is commission only but you will train on line at your own pace and sell when they desire. There is no high pressure management attempting to motivate you. We feel that our products sell themselves and the sales tools that we provide will allow you to close deals daily with a rewarding check. Also, telemarketing services are available to schedule appointments if desired. If you are self motivated, then this position is something worthwhile investigating. The expected compensation for the Sub Agent would range from $35K-$90k per year.
Qualifications for each position
General Agent
Should have profit and loss experience
Should be experienced in recruitment and hiring
Must have some understanding of sales and the sales cycle
Must possess good management and communication skills
Must manage the financials of the organization and administer the payment of commissions to Sub agents and Sales Representatives
Must have a computer or lap top
Must have an electronic camera to assist sales representatives in the field to take pictures of customer's products and services.
Must be a problem solver
Self Motivated
Sub Agent
At least one year selling experience
One year management experience
Must have a computer or lap top
